UNIVERSITI TUNKU ABDUL RAHMAN
True to the aims of a research university, the Faculty of Science is continuously investing in advanced facilities and laboratory equipment to provide the necessary research and operation exposure for both undergraduate and postgraduates students.  This produces competent graduates able to not only adapt but excel in a constantly evolving technological landscape.
In support of UTAR’s commitment to environmental, social and governance (ESG) values, the Faculty of Science practices responsible Scheduled Waste Management to ensure that all laboratory and research waste is handled safely and in compliance with environmental regulations. The UTAR Scheduled Waste Management Committee also keeps detailed annual records of waste treatment and disposal at the Kampar Campus, reflecting the university’s ongoing efforts to protect the environment and reduce its carbon footprint.
