Getting to Faculty of Science, UTAR Kampar Campus

Travel information and directions for visitors, students, and guests.
Entry to UTAR Kampar Campus is available via the East Gate and West Gate. Upon arrival, please consult the security guards for directions to the Faculty of Science (Block D).

Common Means of Transportation
• By Car
From the south:
PLUS Highway → Exit Tapah (Exit 132) → follow GPS

From the north:
PLUS Highway → Exit Gopeng (Exit 135) → follow GPS

Estimated travel time:
Penang → UTAR Kampar: ~2.5 hours
Kuala Lumpur → UTAR Kampar: ~2.5 hours
• By Bus
Take a bus to Kampar Bus Terminal, then continue to campus by Grab or taxi (about 10 minutes).

Estimated total travel time:
Approximately 3 to 3.5 hours, depending on departure point and traffic.
• By Train (KTM ETS)
Take the ETS train to Kampar Station, then continue to campus by Grab or taxi (about 5 minutes).

Estimated total travel time:
Approximately 2 hours

ETS tickets are available at the KTMB website .
• By Plane
From Penang:
Taxi to Butterworth → ETS to Kampar → ~2.5 hours

From KLIA:
KLIA Ekspres to KL Sentral → ETS to Kampar → ~3 hours

Alternative:
Direct car or Grab to campus → ~2.5 hours
